3. 吴祖建的介绍

吴祖建,博士,中共党员。1996年7月毕业于福建农业大学植物病理学专业,并获博士学位。现任福建农林大学植物保护学院党委副书记(主持)、院长,植物病毒研究所副所长,福建省植物病毒工程研究中心主任。从事行政管理及植物病毒学教学与研究。

6. 吴祖建的研究方向

在科研上主要进行水稻病毒分子生物学和抗病毒天然产物研究,在水稻条纹病毒的致病性变异及其机理、病毒的群体遗传、水稻抗病毒信号传导和抗病毒天然产物的分离纯化与作用机制等研究方面取得较大进展。2004年以来,新增科研项目12项,参与申报国家973重大基础研究项目——“生物多样性对作物病虫害的调控效应及其机制”获得成功,负责生物多样性对水稻条纹病毒的调控效应及其机制研究工作;参与申报农业公益性行业科研专项——“稻麦病毒病技术解决方案研究与示范”获得成功,负责水稻条纹病毒研究部分的工作;协助尤民生教授主持国家科技部项目“福建省外来入侵物种及其安全性考察”,并负责病原生物部分工作;主持国家自然科学基金项目——水稻条纹病毒NS3基因功能研究;教育部博士点基金项目——“水稻抗条纹病毒的基因克隆与抗病机制分析”;参与申报福建省科技重大专项——“福建主要外来有害生物防控技术体系的研究”申报并获准立项,他作为专题二“外来有害生物预警与监测技术体系研究”的责任专家之一和子课题3的责任人。此外,还主持和参加科技部、省科技厅、省财政厅、省发改委、省教育厅和横向项目8项,总经费400多万元。2004年以来,作为第一作者和通讯作者发表论文15篇,其作为骨干完成的“水稻草矮病毒基因组RNA1-6的分子生物学”成果,获2005年省科技进步一等奖。申请国家发明专利8项(已授权3项),参编全国高等农业院校统编教材2本,与他人合作出版专著1本。先后获福建省科技进步一等奖1项(排名第四)、二等奖2项(排名第四)、三等奖2项(排名第五)、福建省高等学校教学成果奖一等奖1项(排名第三),1998年获福建省第四届青年科技奖,2000年入选国家教育部骨干教师,同年获国务院政府特殊津贴。
